Everyone is a cashier and mostly a stock clerk. If you simultaneously have other offers then certainly DO NOT take this job offer.ĭon’t let them tell you this is a sales associate job or a managers job. If you desperately need the job at the time then by all means go for it but plan on not wanting to remain here. It has all the makings of a hostile work environment. Given that and my years of work experience, I realized that I definitely would not be employed here long. There's an extremely high employee turnover rate and that is not good for any company. ![]() Multiple employees quit before I was hired and even more quit while I was employed. From my observation, it seems the they're too lazy to search for and hire better management. I was foretold about night management by an employee who resigned after 5 years within my first 2 weeks and he was right! Supposedly the higher-ups was supposed to replace the night manager but never did for some reason. Imagine being a new employee and witnessing seasoned employees in verbal disputes with the managers over their work practices & audacious disposition toward employees. You know it's bad when new employees are being warned by veteran employees of how toxic the work environment is.
